However, in case that negotiations fail and there is no alternative, we proceed with a more ‘heavy-handed’ approach and send a notice informing the respondents that in case they fail to respond to the applicant’s request, further legal action shall be taken against them.

Legal action and enforcement

In case that the debtor is financially credible, a Civil action can be filed to Court. Then, an interim order shall be deposited freezing the debtor’s movable and/or immovable property.
