PARTNER / CHIEF LEGAL ADVISOR
Eftychios is the Chief Legal Advisor and Founder of Eftychios Pitros & Associates LLC.
His role is to provide guidance, consultation and training to his team of attorneys on major legal and regulatory issues, overseeing practices and litigating on behalf of the company.
By combining his legal expertise with his Property and Real Estate background, Eftychios represents clients in matters including contract disputes, real estate disputes, construction defect and product liability. He works closely with all clients and implements a strategy to ensure each case is dealt with, correctly and efficiently.
Eftychios aims to deliver satisfactory results at a high level of professionalism and adapts in any given scenario. He is active in numerous kinds of legal cases and represents his clients in the court rooms of Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca and Nicosia.
He is an Accredited Chartered Surveyor by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Andri is an Associate in the Litigation and Arbritation department.
Her practice involves guiding clients through all stages of any potential disputes. However, while she initially focuses on resolving any differences through collaboration and negotiation, she is always eager to represent her clients' best interest when litigation is unavoidable. Within her ten years of experience, Andri has represented a wide range of different cases with a majority of positive outcomes in areas such as Family Law, Contract Law, Banking Law and Immigration Law.
She has worked with clients across a range of industries, such as insurance, wills and probates and banking and finance.

Dimitra is an Associate and practicing legal advisor within the Firm's Litigation and Arbitration Department.
Dimitra is an experienced litigator with over ten years in the field, with a diverse portfolio in Civil Litigation, Family Law, Immigration Law, Employment Law, Debt Collection and Company Law.
She is acting for numerous clients in various departments within the firm, ranging from handling estates, wills, child custody agreements, bankruptcy cases and general litigation and dispute resolution.
Dimitra prides herself on building relationships with a range of clients, using her interpersonal skills to support them in their legal matters.

Rafaela is an Associate and Legal Advisor. She specialises in sale/purchase and lease agreements regarding real estate, Land Registry procedures, Trap Buyers procedures and property related matters.

Ifigenia is the Firm’s backbone as she provides Administration, Managerial & Public Relation Services at Eftychios Pitros & Associates LLC.
Her main responsibilities range from supporting all departments in terms of their infrastructure and administrative functions and simultaneously focuses on growing the Firm’s capabilities to continue to attract local and global clients who need exceptional, tailored and multi-legal advice.
With an experience of 35 years in the Property and Real Estate Industry, she also deals with all Property Investment and Land Registry Proceedings.
Panayiota
Leandrou

Panayiota is an Associate in the Litigation Department.
As a Litigator she practices both Civil and Criminal Litigation. She focuses on matters related to Tort Law, Contract Law, Banking Law, Consumer Law, Administrative Law, Family Law and Criminal Law.
She has received her Law degree from the European University of Cyprus as she has continued her studies and received her Master’s regarding the European Criminal Law. She also, holds a Certificate of Instructor in General Consumer Law. She is a member of Cyprus Bar Association from 2019.

Evangelia is an Associate in the Litigation Department.

She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2019 and she had the opportunity to work within various fields.
Evangelia studied Law at Neapolis University of Paphos and then completed her Masters in Criminal Law at the European University with honours.
