The Cyprus Permanent Residency by Investment Programme

The Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Cyprus may grant an Immigration Permit to third country nationals who apply for the Cyprus Permanent Residency, with a fast-track procedure, if they intend to invest in the island.  According to the provisions of Regulation 6(2) of the Aliens and Immigration Regulations, the permit shall be issued provided that the applicant meets the programme’s selection the criteria.
